Who delivers the coaching?
I do.
Every programme is led by me personally. You and your sponsors have a single point of contact, and the coachees you care most about will be working directly with me, not handed off to a junior associate from a large bench.
For larger or sector-specialised programmes that exceed my individual capacity, I bring in carefully selected associate coaches: all ICF-credentialed, all with senior commercial leadership backgrounds in your industry. I keep this network deliberately small and curated. Every associate is someone I'd be comfortable handing my own clients to. You'll meet anyone proposed for your programme before they begin.
About me: ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), 2,000+ coaching hours, 200+ clients to date. Twenty-five years of senior leadership and management experience across pharma, life sciences, and consulting before moving into coaching full-time.
