Most of my clients have read the books, taken the courses, and tried the apps. They're capable, experienced, and self-aware. But they keep hitting the same walls and the same overthinking, the same self-doubt at the critical moments, the same patterns at work and at home.
That's where coaching does what self-help can't.
Together, we'll identify the underlying beliefs that are holding you back, shift your inner dialogue from critic to champion, and break the cycles of overthinking and avoidance that have outlived their usefulness.

What can feel like a stressful, identity-shaking experience often becomes a genuine turning point with the right thinking partner. We'll move past the initial shock and use this moment as a deliberate springboard to your next chapter
Difficult bosses and workplace dynamics
A bad relationship with your boss or a senior colleague can dominate your mental real estate and quietly erode your confidence. I've helped many clients reset these dynamics, always by keeping their values and maintaining dignity
Rebuilding executive confidence
A new role, a public mistake, or a series of knocks can shake the confidence of even the most accomplished leader. We'll work on reconnecting you with what you bring and quieting the self-critical voice that's stopped being useful.
Work life balance
Most senior leaders have a story about burnout - either their own, or one they're heading toward. We'll work on building a sustainable rhythm that lets you keep performing at the level you want without paying for it everywhere else in your life.
What working together looks like
Coaching with me is kind, direct, and focused on what will actually move you forward. Not soft. Not therapy. Not a hack list.
You'll do most of the talking. I'll ask questions you haven't asked yourself, share patterns I see across hundreds of senior leaders, and reflect things back that are sometimes uncomfortable but always useful.
Without exception, clients graduate with a clearer sense of who they are, what they want, and what to do next — and a measurable shift in how they show up at work.
Most engagements run for 6-12 months. We meet every two to three weeks for 60 minutes, on Zoom or your preferred platform.

This is probably right for you if:
- You've done some self-help, perhaps some coaching, but you keep coming up against the same challenges.
- You're highly capable but currently stuck on a specific decision, transition, or relationship.
- You want a clearer sense of identity, direction, and purpose — and you're ready to do the work to get there.
- You'd value a thinking partner who's been a senior leader themselves, not just a coach.
This probably isn't right for you if:
- You're looking for tactical productivity advice or quick fixes.
- You want someone to validate decisions you've already made.
- You're not in a position to act on what you'll discover — financially, emotionally, or in terms of life circumstance.
- You're looking for therapy. Coaching can be therapeutic, but I'm not a therapist; if you're working through trauma or clinical mental health concerns, you need a different kind of practitioner.
