We'll dig into career, examining past experiences, accomplishments, regrets, and childhood dreams, while exploring the emotions tied to work and how personal fulfilment aligns with professional identity
2. Money
This week focuses on reflecting on our relationship with money, exploring its role in security, freedom, and self-worth, and uncovering limiting beliefs that may impact your ability to make authentic life transitions. Always emotive!
3. Mindset
Next, you'll reflect on your beliefs about potential, challenges, and growth. Together, we'll explore how your mindset has shaped progress, and learn to shift thought patterns to create space for new opportunities.
4. Personal Growth
In this week's session, we'll reflect on our growth journey, exploring how you define growth, identifying supportive and limiting habits, and embracing challenges as opportunities for transformation toward the future.
5. Health
For this topic, we'll dig into how our physical and mental well-being impact your ability to make an authentic transition, identifying areas for balance and self-care to support your transformation and personal growth.
6. Family
How do your family dynamics shape our journey? We'll be examining their influence on your decisions and exploring the need for boundaries, redefined relationships, and new ways of connection for authentic transition.
7. Social Life
This week, we take some time to consider our social life and its impact on your authentic transition, identifying supportive connections, relationships to reconsider, and how to align your social circle with your evolving identity.
8. Relationships
Finally, we reflect on our most important relationships, exploring their evolution, your needs, and boundaries. Examine how they align with your authentic self and identify steps to cultivate healthier, more supportive connections.
